My.SSS Member Portal: Login, Register and Fixes
Quick answer
My.SSS is the online account of the Social Security System (SSS). You use it to check your contributions, get a Payment Reference Number (PRN), apply for loans and benefits, and update some of your details. It is free. You need an SSS number, a working email and a mobile number to open an account. The portal address is https://member.sss.gov.ph/members/.
Before you start
- Your 10-digit SSS number. If you do not have one yet, you must get it first on the SSS website.
- An email address that only you use. SSS sends the activation link there.
- A mobile number you can receive texts on, for one-time PINs (OTP).
- A phone or computer with a modern browser. The portal works best on Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
- Never give your password or OTP to anyone. SSS staff will not ask for it. Fixers who "help" with your account can take your loan or benefit money.
If it does not work

Is My.SSS free to use?
Yes. Opening and using a My.SSS account is free. SSS does not charge a fee to register or reset your password.
What is the My.SSS website?
The member portal is at https://member.sss.gov.ph/members/. Type it yourself or use the link on www.sss.gov.ph. Do not use links from text messages or social media posts.
Can I use My.SSS without an SSS number?
No. You need an SSS number first. If you are new, apply for an SS number on the SSS website, then register on My.SSS.
Is the SSS mobile app the same as My.SSS?
The SSS mobile app uses your My.SSS account. If you can log in on the website, you should be able to log in on the app with the same user ID and password.
Can OFWs use My.SSS from abroad?
Yes. OFWs can log in from any country. Some OTPs may be slow to reach foreign numbers, so keep your email updated too.
Who do I contact if My.SSS does not work?
Contact SSS through the channels listed on www.sss.gov.ph, such as their hotline or email. You can also visit an SSS branch with a valid ID.
Does Listo Papeles have access to my SSS account?
