eGov PH App: Register, Login, MPIN and Errors

eGov PH is the government's all-in-one mobile app run by DICT. It lets you reach many agency services in one place and can show your digital National ID. The app is free. You sign up with your mobile number, verify your identity with a face check, and log in with a 6-digit MPIN.

Before you start

A smartphone with a recent Android or iOS version.
The app downloaded only from the phone's built-in app store, published by DICT. Never install it from a link in a chat.
Your own mobile number that can receive SMS.
Your PhilSys Card Number or ePhilID, if the app asks for it.
Good light for the face check.

If it does not work

Is the eGov PH app free?

Yes. Download and use are free. Some agency services inside may still have their own fees.

Do I need a National ID to use eGov PH?

Identity verification may use your PhilSys details. Some features may work without full verification.

Is my digital National ID in eGov PH valid?

The digital ID is meant to be accepted as a valid ID. Some offices may still ask for the card or a printed ePhilID.

Can I use eGov PH on two phones?

The account is usually tied to one device at a time. Logging in on a new phone may log out the old one.
