How to Log In to My.SSS
Quick answer
To log in to My.SSS, open the member portal, type your user ID and password, and enter the one-time PIN (OTP) if SSS sends one. You must have a registered account first. If you forgot your password, use Forgot Password on the same page. Logging in is free.
Before you start
- A My.SSS account. If you do not have one, register first.
- Your user ID and password. Your user ID may be the one you chose at registration.
- The mobile number or email on your account, for the OTP.
- Type the portal address yourself. Fake pages copy the SSS login screen to steal passwords.
Steps
1. Open https://member.sss.gov.ph/members/ in your browser
2. Type your user ID
Check that there are no spaces before or after it.
3. Type your password
Passwords are case-sensitive, so check caps lock.
4. Complete the captcha if you see one
5. Click Log in
6. If asked, type the OTP sent to your phone or email
Use it quickly, because it expires in a few minutes.
7. You are now on your dashboard
Use the menu to see contributions, loans and benefits.
8. When you finish, click Log out, especially on a shared computer
9. Logging in on the SSS app
- Install the SSS app only from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Check that the publisher is the Social Security System.
- Open the app and log in with the same user ID and password.
- Follow the same OTP step if shown.
If it does not work
| Error or problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| "Invalid user ID or password" | Check caps lock and spaces. Try typing the password in a notes app first to see it. If it still fails, reset your password. |
| "Your account has been locked" | Too many wrong tries. Wait, then use Forgot Password. If it stays locked, contact SSS. |
| OTP not received | Check your signal and your inbox. Wait at least 2 minutes before you ask for a new one. If your number changed, you must update it with SSS. |
| "Invalid OTP" or "OTP expired" | Use only the newest OTP. Older ones stop working. |
| Page keeps loading or shows a blank screen | Refresh, try incognito mode or another browser, then try again off-peak (early morning or late night). |
| "Session expired" | You were idle too long. Log in again. |
