Formula (a) is ₱ 300 + 20% of AMSC + 2% of AMSC for each credited year beyond 10. Formula (b) is 40% of AMSC. Formula (c) is the minimum pension for your years of service. The calculator shows all three and uses the highest. Members with fewer than 10 credited years receive a lump sum instead.
