How to Register on My.SSS Online

Quick answer

To register on My.SSS, go to the member portal, choose Register, type your SS number and personal details, and confirm your account through the link SSS sends to your email. It is free and takes about 10 to 15 minutes if your records match. You need an SSS number first. You can register only once per SS number.

Before you start

  • Your own 10-digit SSS number.
  • Your full name and birth date exactly as they appear in your SSS records.
  • An email address that only you use. You cannot use one email for two SSS accounts.
  • A mobile number that can receive texts.
  • One piece of information SSS uses to check it is you. This may be a bank or e-wallet account enrolled for payouts, a past loan, a posted contribution, or details from a valid ID.
  • Do not ask a friend, a fixer or a shop to register for you. They would know your password.
