How to Reset Your My.SSS Password

To reset your My.SSS password, click Forgot Password on the login page, type your user ID or SS number and your registered email, then open the reset link SSS emails you and set a new password. Steps
1. Open https://member.sss.gov.ph/members/
2. Click Forgot Password under the login box
3. Type your user ID or SS number and your registered email
4. Complete the captcha and click Submit
5. Open your email
Look for the message from SSS. Check spam if you do not see it.
6. Click the reset link
It works only for a short time.
7. Type your new password two times
Follow the password rules shown on the page.
8. Save
Go back to the login page and log in with the new password.
9. If you forgot your user ID
- Look for a Forgot User ID option on the login page.
- If there is no such option, check old emails from SSS. Your activation email may show your user ID.
- If you still cannot find it, contact SSS or visit a branch with a valid ID.
10. If you no longer use your registered email
You cannot reset the password online. You need to change the email on your SSS record first. SSS may ask you to visit a branch with a valid ID or send a request through its official channels.
