The NBI Clearance online portal at clearance.nbi.gov.ph lets you create an account, book an appointment at an NBI branch, and pay the fee online. You still go to the branch for your photo and fingerprints, unless you qualify for online renewal. The fee is PHP 130 plus a small payment fee in 2026.
