How to Reset Your NBI Clearance Online Password

On the NBI Clearance login page, tap the forgot password link, enter your registered email, then open the reset link sent to your inbox and set a new password. If the email does not come, check spam and wait a few minutes before trying again.
Before you start
- Access to the email you registered with.
- A new password you will remember.
Never ask anyone else to reset your password. NBI staff will not ask for it.
Steps
1. Open https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/
2. On the login form, tap Forgot password
3. Enter your registered email and complete the captcha
4. Submit
Open your email inbox.
5. Open the reset email from NBI
Tap the link inside.
6. Enter a new password twice
Follow the rules shown.
7. Log in with the new password
If it does not work
