How to Register for NBI Clearance Online

To register, go to clearance.nbi.gov.ph, tap the new user sign-up option, enter your email, mobile number and a password, then fill in your personal details. After that you can book an appointment and pay. It takes about 10-15 minutes. Registration is free.

Before you start

An email address you can open.
Your mobile number.
Your full name, birth date, birthplace, address, and parents' names.
Two valid IDs to bring to the branch.

Create the account yourself. Do not let a fixer or shop keep your password.

Steps

1. Open https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/
Check the address bar.
2. Tap the sign-up or new user option
3. Enter your email, mobile number and a strong password
Follow the password rules shown.
4. Agree to the terms and complete the captcha
5. If asked, open your email and confirm your account
6. Log in
Fill in the applicant form. name, sex, birth date, birthplace, civil status, address, and family details.
7. Save
Check the spelling. Your clearance will print the name you type.
8. Choose Apply for clearance and pick your purpose (for example local employment or travel abroad)
9. Pick an NBI branch, date and time slot
10. Choose a payment method and get your reference number
