Online
1. Go to clearance.nbi.gov.ph and create an account with your email and mobile number

2. Fill in your personal details
Use the exact name and birth date on your PSA birth certificate.

4. Pick an NBI branch, a date and a time slot

6. Pay before the reference number expires

8. At the branch, confirm your data
Your photo, signature and fingerprints are taken.

Some branches give priority to senior citizens, PWDs and pregnant women. You still need to register and pay first, so start online.
Processing time

No available slots

Paid, but status is still unpaid
Wait up to 24 hours, then check again. Show your receipt at the branch.
Wrong name or birth date in your account
Fix it in your profile before you pay. After payment, ask the branch to correct it during your visit.
Forgot your password
Use "Forgot password" on the portal. Never share your password or one-time code with anyone, including fixers.
Reference number expired
Start a new application and pay before the new deadline.
