The PhilHealth Member Portal is PhilHealth's online account for members. You use it to see your Member Data Record (MDR), check your contributions and dependents, and update some details. It is free. You need your PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN) and an email address to register.
Before you start
- Your 12-digit PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN). It is on your PhilHealth ID or MDR.
- Your own email address.
- Your full name and birth date exactly as registered.
- If you have no PIN yet, you must first register as a PhilHealth member.
