How to Reset Your PhilHealth Portal Password

1. Go to https://memberinquiry.philhealth.gov.ph/member/
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter your PIN and registered email
Add your birth date if asked.
4. Answer the captcha and submit
5. Open your email and follow the reset link or copy the temporary password
6. Log in and set a new password
7. Log out and log in again to check it works

If it does not work
