How to Register on the PhilHealth Member Portal

Quick answer

To register, open the PhilHealth Member Portal, click the sign-up link, enter your 12-digit PIN, name, birth date and email, then follow the email PhilHealth sends you. It is free and takes about 10 minutes. You need a PIN first; the portal does not give you a new one.

Before you start

Your PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN), 12 digits.
Your full name and birth date exactly as in your PhilHealth record.
Your own email address that you can open now.
Your own mobile number.

Do not register using another person's PIN, even a family member's.

Steps

1. Go to https://memberinquiry.philhealth.gov.ph/member/
2. Click Register or Sign up
3. Enter your PIN with no spaces or dashes
4. Enter your last name, first name, middle name and birth date as in your PhilHealth record
5. Enter your email address and mobile number
6. Answer the captcha and submit
7. Open your email
Follow the activation link or use the temporary password sent.
8. Log in and change the temporary password if asked
9. Check your MDR details once you are in
