How to Renew Your Driver's License Online on LTMS

You start your driver's license renewal on LTMS by finishing the online Comprehensive Driver's Education (CDE) course and exam, getting a medical certificate, then applying and paying in the portal. Steps
1. Log in at https://portal.lto.gov.ph/
2. Open the CDE or online courses section
Watch all modules.
3. Take the CDE online exam
Save or print your certificate when you pass.
4. Get your medical exam at an LTO-accredited clinic
Ask them to upload the result to LTO.
5. In LTMS, open Licensing and choose Renewal
6. Check your details
Confirm your address and contact number.
7. Choose your LTO office and appointment date if asked
8. Pay the fee online or choose to pay at the office

9. Go to the LTO office on your date with your old license, valid ID and reference number
Have your photo and signature taken if required.
10. Receive your new license card, or a temporary paper license if cards are out
