How to Pay LTO Fees Online on LTMS

Quick answer

To pay LTO fees online, log in to LTMS, open your pending transaction, click Pay, and choose one of the payment channels shown on the portal. Keep the reference number. Before you start

An activated LTMS account.
A pending transaction in LTMS, such as a license renewal.
A bank account, card or e-wallet that is accepted by a payment channel listed on the portal.
A way to save a screenshot or PDF of your receipt.

Steps

1. Log in at https://portal.lto.gov.ph/
2. Open Transactions or your pending application
3. Check the amount and the items listed
4. Click Pay or Pay Online
5. Choose a payment channel from the list on the portal
6. You move to the payment page
Check that it opened from LTMS. Complete the payment.
7. Wait for the page to return to LTMS
Do not close the browser early.
8. Save the receipt and the reference number
9. Refresh the transaction in LTMS
The status should change to paid.

If it does not work

Pay button missing	this transaction may only be paid at the LTO office.
