LTMS Login: How to Sign In to the LTO Portal
Quick answer
To log in to LTMS, go to portal.lto.gov.ph, type the email you used to register and your password, then click Login. If you forgot the password, use the Forgot Password link. If you never activated your account from the email link, you cannot log in yet.
Before you start
- The email you used to register on LTMS.
- Your LTMS password.
- Access to that email, in case the portal sends a code.
- An updated browser. Close other LTMS tabs first.
Steps
1. Open https://portal.lto.gov.ph/ in your browser
Type it yourself or use a bookmark. Do not use links from chats or ads.
2. Type your registered email in the username field
3. Type your password
Check that Caps Lock is off.
4. Answer the captcha if one appears
5. Click Login
6. If a one-time code is sent to your email or phone, enter it
Never share this code.
7. You should now see your dashboard with your name and LTO Client ID
8. When done, click Logout, especially on a shared computer
If it does not work

| "Invalid username or password" | check spelling and Caps Lock. Try copying the email from your inbox. Still failing? Reset your password. |
| "Account is not yet activated" | find the activation email from LTO and click the link. Check Spam. |

| Login page keeps loading | clear your browser cache and cookies, or try another browser or a private window. |
| Session expired right after login | your phone's date and time may be wrong. Set them to automatic. |

Why do I get logged out quickly?
LTMS ends sessions after some minutes without activity to protect your account. Log in again and finish your task in one go.

Change your password now with the reset option. Then check your profile details. Report misuse to LTO.
