How to Reset Your BIR ORUS Password
Quick answer
On the ORUS login page, tap forgot password, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. Set a new password and log in. For eFPS, the reset uses your security question or a request to BIR.
Before you start
- Access to the email you registered with.
- A new strong password.
Never ask a stranger or fixer to reset it for you.
Steps
1. Open https://orus.bir.gov.ph/ and go to the login page
2. Tap Forgot password
3. Enter your registered email and complete the captcha
4. Open the email from BIR
Tap the reset link.
5. Enter your new password twice
Follow the rules shown.
6. Log in with the new password
7. eFPS
on https://efps.bir.gov.ph/, use the forgot password option and answer your security question. If that fails, ask your RDO or the eFPS help desk.
If it does not work
