How to Log In to BIR ORUS
Quick answer
Open orus.bir.gov.ph, enter your registered email and password, complete the captcha and any one-time PIN (OTP), then tap log in. If you forgot your password, reset it instead of making a new account. eFPS has its own separate login.
Before you start
- The email you used to register.
- Your password.
- Your phone or email for the OTP, if asked.
Never share your OTP. BIR staff will not ask for it.
Steps
1. Open https://orus.bir.gov.ph/
Type the address yourself.
2. Tap Login
3. Enter your email and password
Check caps lock.
4. Complete the captcha
5. Enter the OTP sent to your email or phone, if asked
6. You see your ORUS dashboard
Choose the service you need.
7. Log out when done
8. eFPS login
go to https://efps.bir.gov.ph/, enter your eFPS username and password, and answer your security question if asked. eFPS accounts are different from ORUS accounts.
If it does not work

Is my ORUS login the same as eFPS?
No. They are separate systems with separate accounts.
Can I log in on my phone?
Yes, through a mobile browser. A computer can be easier for uploads.
Why was I logged out?
Sessions end after some idle time.
Can my accountant log in for me?
Do not share your password. Ask BIR about authorized representative rules.
