SSS Online Registration 2026: SS Number and My.SSS

Steps
Online
1. Part 1
Get your SS number
2. Go to sss.gov.ph and open the online SS number application
3. Enter your name, birth date and email
Confirm your email with the link sent to you.
4. Fill in your personal details and beneficiaries
5. Submit
Save or print the page with your SS number.
6. Part 2
Create your My.SSS account
7. Go to member.sss.gov.ph and click "Register"
8. Enter your SS number, name, birth date, email and mobile number
9. Choose a registration detail you can confirm
10. Open the activation link in your email and set your password
11. Log in
Check that your data is correct.
12. Part 3
Make your SS number permanent
13. Submit your PSA birth certificate or accepted ID through My.SSS if upload is offered, or at any SSS branch
14. Wait for SSS to update your membership status
Walk-in
1. Go to any SSS branch with your PSA birth certificate or accepted ID, original + photocopy
2. Fill in the Personal Record form (SS Form E-1)
3. Submit it and receive your SS number
