How to Book a DFA Passport Appointment Online

Before you start
- A working email address you can open on your phone.
- For a new passport: your PSA birth certificate and a valid ID.
- For renewal: your old passport.
- Your full name exactly as on your birth certificate or old passport.
- About 15 minutes and a stable connection.

Steps
1. Open https://passport.gov.ph/ and tap the button to start an appointment
2. Choose Individual or Group appointment
3. Read and accept the terms and privacy notice
4. Enter your email
Open the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
5. Pick your country (Philippines), region and DFA consular office
6. Pick a date and time slot from the calendar

7. Fill in your personal details
name, birth date, place of birth, address, parents' names and old passport number if renewing.
8. Choose regular or expedited processing
9. Check every field
