Quick answer
You can verify or find your TIN for free by checking your ORUS account, calling or emailing the BIR contact center, or visiting your Revenue District Office (RDO) with a valid ID. In 2026 BIR will only share TIN details with the owner. Never pay anyone to "look up" your TIN.

Online
1. Log in to ORUS
If you applied there, your TIN appears in your account.
2. Or email the BIR contact center with your name, birth date and a scan of your ID
3. Wait for the reply before applying for a new TIN

2. Show your valid ID
3. Ask for TIN verification
They may print your registration record.
