- Transcript of Records (TOR) for BS Architecture with photo, Special Order (SO) number or graduation date, and the remark "For Board Examination Purposes". Original + photocopy.Original + photocopy
- Proof of diversified architectural experience, usually 2 years, certified by a registered and licensed architect, in the form PRC asks for.
- Certificates of good moral character from registered architects, if still required.
- Recent colored ID photo with white background and name tag.

Steps
Online
1. Create or log in to your LERIS account at online.prc.gov.ph
2. Complete your profile and upload your photo
3. Choose "Examination", then the Architect Licensure Examination
4. Choose the exam date and testing place
5. Choose a PRC office and appointment date for document checking, if asked
6. Pay online and keep the receipt
7. Print your application form and appointment slip
8. Get your Notice of Admission (NOA) after PRC accepts your documents
