Worked example
A daily rate of ₱ 800 gives an hourly rate of ₱ 100.00. 8 regular hours earn ₱ 800.00; 2 overtime hours at 125% earn ₱ 250.00. Total for the day: ₱ 1,050.00.
How it works
The calculator finds your hourly rate (daily rate ÷ 8), pays regular hours at the premium for the type of day, and pays each overtime hour at the overtime rate for that day, which already includes the day premium. Night hours get an extra 10% on top of the hourly pay for that hour.
