An email to receive the receipt.
Pay only on the Pag-IBIG portal or channels listed by Pag-IBIG. Do not send money to people who offer to pay for you.

Steps

1. Open https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/virtualpagibig/
2. Choose Pay Online or Payments
You may need to log in.
3. Choose the payment type

4. Type your MID, MP2 or loan account number
Check every digit.
5. Choose the months covered and type the amount
6. Choose the payment method and confirm the convenience fee shown
7. Complete the payment on the payment page
Do not close the window until it finishes.
8. Save the receipt or screenshot with the reference number
9. After some days, check that the payment is posted in your account
