If it does not work

Error messages and problems, and what to do.

"MID number not found"	Check your digits or wait if your MID is new.
No MP2 number after submit	Do not submit again right away. Check your email, then contact Pag-IBIG to avoid two MP2 accounts.
Payment posted to regular savings instead of MP2	You used your MID number instead of the MP2 account number. Contact Pag-IBIG with your receipt.
