How to Get an OEC in Italy

Requirements
- Valid Philippine passport.
- Valid permesso di soggiorno for work.
- Employment contract or proof of employment, like a contratto di lavoro.
- DMW Online Services account.
- Active OWWA membership, or pay it with the OEC.
Steps
1. Log in to DMW Online Services
2. Update your employer and jobsite
3. Choose Balik-Manggagawa and check for exemption
4. If not exempt, book an MWO appointment or pay online
5. Save the OEC or exemption number and QR code
6. Show it at the Philippine airport when you leave
