Steps
Online
1. Create a LERIS account at online.prc.gov.ph
Use the exact name on your PSA birth certificate.
2. Fill in your profile and upload your photo
3. Choose "Examination", then select the Nurse Licensure Examination
4. Pick the exam date and testing place
5. Pick a PRC office and appointment date for document checking, if asked
6. Pay the fee online
Save the reference number and receipt.
7. Print your application form and appointment slip
8. After PRC accepts your documents, get your Notice of Admission (NOA)
