Steps
Online
1. Go to online.prc.gov.ph and create a LERIS account
Use your name exactly as on your PSA birth certificate.
2. Complete your profile and upload your ID photo
3. Choose "Examination", then pick the LET, the level (Elementary or Secondary) and, for Secondary, your major
4. Choose the exam date and testing place from the list
5. Choose a PRC office and appointment date for document checking, if LERIS asks for one
6. Pay the fee using one of the payment options on LERIS
Keep the reference number and receipt.
7. Print the application form and appointment slip
8. After your documents are accepted, get or print your Notice of Admission (NOA)

Walk-in
1. PRC does not take LET applications without an online LERIS account
You still file online first. On your appointment date, go to the PRC office you chose. Bring your printed form, receipt and all original documents.
Processing time
- Online filing and payment: same day.
- Document checking at the PRC office: on your appointment day, usually within a few hours.
- Notice of Admission: given after your documents are accepted; some applicants print it from LERIS.

Photo rejected

No available testing place or date
Slots fill fast. Check again later, or pick another testing place in your region.
Paid, but LERIS still shows unpaid
Wait up to 24 hours and log in again. Keep your receipt to show at the PRC office.
Wrong name or birth date on LERIS
Fix your profile before you pay. After payment, ask the PRC office to correct it at your appointment.
TOR has no SO number or needed remark
Ask your school registrar to issue a TOR with the details PRC asks for before your appointment.
LERIS is slow or not loading
Try early morning or late evening. Clear your browser cache or use another browser.
