Steps

2. Log in to DMW Online Services at onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph
3. Update your profile with your current employer and jobsite
4. Request an OEC exemption
If the system accepts it, save the exemption number or QR code.
5. If the exemption is not allowed, apply for a regular OEC online or book a DMW appointment
6. Pay OWWA if your membership is expired
7. Print your papers and bring them to the airport with your passport and visa
