3. Check your record
If your employer and jobsite match, the system may offer an exemption.
4. If exempt, save or print the exemption proof
5. If not exempt, book an OEC appointment or follow the MWO's instructions
6. Pay the OEC fee if one applies
Keep the receipt.
7. Show the OEC or exemption at the Philippine airport when you leave again
