Filipinos in the United States get consular services at the Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C. or at one of several Philippine Consulates General. Your post depends on the state where you live. Many Filipinos in the US are immigrants, not OFWs, so OEC and OWWA mostly apply to workers hired on Philippine-processed contracts, like some nurses and teachers.
